When negotiating with companies, NDWA Gig Worker Advocates may consult with the National Domestic Workers Alliance, an alliance of more than 60 domestic worker organization, to learn the concerns and issues of domestic workers in the gig economy, and also reaches out to individual workers to seek their insight and guidance, in order to bring those concerns and issues to negotiations with gig economy companies
